Midwife trained in ultrasound
Elin Thomasrud Ødegaard
Elin is certified to carry out ultrasound in pregnancy throughout: early scans from week 6, organ screening, routine scans, and growth and position checks.
Elin has long experience as a midwife at the women's and children's clinic at Ringerike sykehus, on the delivery, postnatal and gynaecology wards, and works with ultrasound in pregnancy at the maternity outpatient clinic.
She is a privately practising ultrasound midwife at Asker Kvinnehelse. She also has further training in acupuncture and offers cervical ripening acupuncture late in pregnancy.
